1. Acceptance of Terms

Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered Philippine payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The platform operates under authorization and oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
